An online remote support session can only be started with a one-time session number. If you haven’t received one for this session yet, please send us an email to email@example.com or give us a call +49 721 981 980 400.
The remote support software will allow for the Nanoscribe engineer to control the computer during the session. Text chat and file exchange can be used. If necessary, additional software (zoom.us) can be used for an audio and video communication. Your support engineer will help you with that during the session.
It is not necessary to change any network or firewall settings.
- Enter your name and the 9 digit Support Key provided by Nanoscribe.
- Click on "Continue".
- A remote client software named GoToAssist Launcher will be downloaded to your computer. Please execute it and follow the on-screen instructions.
