Meet Nanoscribe at IMAPS NordPac 2024!
IMAPS Nordic welcomes academics, as well as industry leaders to the 60th IMAPS Nordic Microelectronics Packaging Conference and Exhibition, NordPac 2024, in Tampere, Finland. This event gathers experts to discuss and debate state-of-the-art and future trends in microelectronics, packaging, integration, reliability testing, PCB design, assembly and manufacturing of electronics, optics, electronics in health tech, materials, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Internet of Things (IoT) in electronics.
Our new 3D Microfabrication system Quantum X align, the first high-precision 3D printer with advanced 3D alignment capabilities, enables the printing of freeform microoptical elements directly onto optical fibers and photonic chips using Two-Photon Polymerization (2PP). The new 3D printer unlocks unprecedented possibilities for photonic packaging, which is promising for developing new robust and energy-efficient applications with high data processing capacities.
