Our new Quantum X align is the first high-precision 3D printer with advanced 3D alignment capabilities. The device enables the printing of freeform microoptical elements directly onto optical fibers and photonic chips using Tow-Photon Polymerization (2PP) and an automatic nanoprecision 3D alignment system.
Our grayscale lithography system Quantum X is an ideal tool for manufacturing high-precision 2.5D topographies that are perfect master templates for various high-volume replication processes. With unsurpassed precision and accuracy, they thus enable the mass production of freeform microoptics, microlens arrays, or diffractive optical elements.
Also, don't miss the talk of our R&D colleague Dr. Andrea Bertoncini on "High-quality 3D Printing of Micro-Optical Elements with 3D two-photon grayscale lithography (2GL®)" at the Lasers in Manufacturing (LiM) conference, which is part of the International Congress on Photonics in Europe.
Come visit us at the LASER World of Photonics to explore the world of nano- and microstructures! We are looking forward to discussing your projects with you and how Nanoscribe's 3D Microfabrication technology can be used supportively.
