Our Customer Success and Service team strives to make it as smooth and easy as possible for beginners to get started with high-precision 3D printing. And they also go out to give advanced users the best possible support so that they can expand their know-how and expertise even further. So as a customer or system user, you can choose from a variety of basic and advanced training courses.
As a participant in the basic training, you will learn how to start working with the Nanoscribe system right away. With the advanced training, you will expand your knowledge even further. You will learn about advanced features and how to optimize your print job accordingly. The advanced training is offered for the following focus:
- 3D Small Feature Solution Set training
- 3D Medium Feature Solution Set training
- 3D Large Feature Solution Set training
So as a customer or system user, you can choose from various basic and advanced training courses.

Dr. Aaron Kobler
Aaron is Customer Success Expert at Nanoscribe and received his doctorate in the field of materials science at the Technical University (TU) of Darmstadt. Before Aaron Kobler started at Nanoscribe in 2017, he worked for ZEISS in the Helium Ion Microscopy Department located in Boston (USA).
