Do you know that Nanoscribe provides extensive customer support? Worldwide and with more than 10 years of experience! Our service team consists of 10 technical experts with multidisciplinary backgrounds in engineering and sciences. The team is located in Stutensee near Karlsruhe, Germany, and in Shanghai, China. That enables us to respond quickly to your needs.

Our team can support you with multiple services: Of course, they will perform on-site services, such as commissioning or maintenance of Nanoscribe 3D printers. Users also receive extensive training – general or tailored exactly to your specific needs.

We are very proud to also offer an online knowledge base to our customers and users of the printers. In case of further questions or problems you can reach us anytime by phone or e-mail. Our team supports you in technical matters, but also in application consulting or further services, such as relocation, guarantee extension or upgrades.
